A security deposit of GBP 300 is required prior to arrival via card pre-authorisation. The Apartment and Penthouse Apartment requires a security deposit of GBP 500. This deposit is fully refundable subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and is released 10 days after check-out.

In case of excessive noise after 23:00, guests may be asked to leave with no refund.
